Your supplier for 1-layer solid wood panels

Our company with it’s closed production plant over 7'000 m2  and open area of 8'000 m2 is located in the industry zone of Adana - Southern Turkey. Since 1982 we are processing Circassian walnut logs (Juglans Regia = also called as English, Turkish or Persian walnut), harvested from eastern parts of Turkey. 1982 we started with the production of gunstock blanks in various types. Since our foundation we deliver the most known companies the world over as leader manufacturer of gunstock blanks in Turkey.

To use the wood more effectively, as well as to market needs, we made in recent years major investments in new wood processing machines. Today our production is based up to 70% in single layer solid wood panels with continuous and finger-jointed lamellas. We are confident in this new segment in the same sense, to win the trust of many new customers, too.

Balance of mother nature

As processor of sustainable raw material wood, we know about the sensitive balance of mother nature, and therefore deal carefully with its limited resources. We only use hardwood from forests that are replanted and use natural binding materials.

Production

About 8.000 m³ high quality hardwoods (90% Circassian Walnut) are air dried on a natural base up to 12 months in our facilities, and then dried technically to 8-10% in our kiln dry-rooms, before they are processed. A perfect optimized warehouse logistics make it possible that we can customize each customer's order and provide production on commission bases.

Our production facility is equipped with the latest German and Swiss technology machines such as WEINIG-GRECON-DIMTER which allows us to guarantee for products of top quality.
